New off-grid accommodation near Ben Rinnes, designed as a simple rural retreat using natural materials to sit lightly within its surroundings. The building is fully timber clad and takes a hut-style approach, with basic facilities designed to support an outdoor, off-grid experience.
Due to its nature, the structure is exempt from building warrant requirements, allowing more flexibility in the design approach. The project is currently at design stage and has received positive early feedback from the local council.
