Planning permission and building warrant were obtained to convert an existing residential dwelling into bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of the Whisky Capital. The property has been operating successfully as a B&B for the past three years.
More recently, a further building warrant was secured to convert an existing annex into a private living space for the owners, including the addition of bifold doors overlooking the nearby distillery, creating a dedicated family area separate from the guest accommodation.
